What We Do

Village Championship
Refugee and non-refugee high school students are buddied together and go through a leadership program on Day 1 and a football clinic on Day 2.
The last day is where we invite all of you to join! Each year our day 3 is an inspiring celebration of cultural exchange and female empowerment, featuring live music (including a traditional tabla performance), inspirational speakers, and cultural experiential stalls (like henna, Ugandan crafts and more!)
The program culminates in a friendly football match played by mixed teams of refugee girls and students from Pymble Ladies’ College, who have just gone through the leadership and sport program together. The day always concludes with a dinner featuring Afghan cuisine.
Thanks to the support from all our sponsors, as a part of our program, we gift a new pair of boots and shin guards as well as a care package to each refugee girl involved.
